This is where our technical expertise shines. We manage the secure extraction, cleansing, and migration of your historical data from existing spreadsheets or legacy systems into PRIME Marine. Simultaneously, we configure the platform's modules, user roles, and workflows to match your unique operational needs.
This is the most critical phase for long-term success. We don't believe in generic, onesize-fits-all training. We provide role-specific training for your entire team—from the Master and Chief Engineer onboard to the superintendent, procurement officer, and DPA ashore. We focus on building confidence and showcasing how the system makes their specific job easier.
We are with you every step of the way during the transition. As your vessels go live on the system, our team provides "hypercare" support—an intensified level of assistance to handle any questions and ensure a smooth, stable launch. We monitor the system closely to guarantee a successful handover to our standard support team.

Our data migration specialists use a proven, secure process to ensure all your historical maintenance jobs, procurement records, and other key data are accurately transferred. We perform multiple validation checks with your team before the final import, guaranteeing data integrity.
User adoption is our primary measure of success. We achieve it in three ways: by configuring the software to be incredibly intuitive, by providing targeted, role-based training that focuses on benefits for the user, and by identifying "super-users" within your organization to act as internal champions for the new system.
